/ Work With Me

A conversation built around your real learning problem.

You leave with clarity and a recommended path — not a proposal deck. Every conversation is grounded in adult learning science and a repeatable framework, not instinct or habit.

Eye-level wide shot inside a sunlit open-plan workspace, left third of frame: a woman in her forties with warm brown skin and natural hair in a relaxed updo sits at a modern desk, notebook open, leaning slightly forward in conversation with someone off-frame; large floor-to-ceiling windows behind her flood the scene with soft north-facing daylight; a city skyline faint in the background; clean linework and soft painterly shading in an anime-inspired semi-realistic style; calm, focused atmosphere

Built on science. Shaped by practice.

I came up through technical writing and instructional design at a time when classroom training was the only answer anyone offered. It took years of watching that model fail adults before I stopped asking how to improve the course and started asking whether the course was the right structure at all.

Today I work with organizations that are ready to replace compliance theater with something that actually sticks — curated resources, peer-led discussion, independent study, and hands-on practice woven into the work itself.

I work solo or alongside internal teams. My clients are mid-market companies and nonprofits navigating the AI era — where the cost of slow, irrelevant learning is no longer acceptable.

Working Session

You describe the situation. I tell you what kind of problem it actually is and whether ecosystem design is the right lever. You leave knowing exactly what to do next — no obligation attached.

We go deeper: current state, gaps, and a concrete set of recommended next steps scoped to your organization. You leave with a prioritized action list grounded in the Seven Essentials framework.

Control

Adults learn when they choose the pace, path, and depth. Remove that control and retention drops.

Relevance

Content must connect to a real task the learner faces today — not a hypothetical scenario or a future role.

▸ Seven Essentials
Social

The framework behind every session.

Peer discussion and SME-led small groups surface context that no course content can replicate.

Independent

Curated self-directed study respects the learner's schedule and builds durable internal knowledge.

Every engagement — even a first conversation — is shaped by these seven patterns. Not theory; the observable conditions present in every adult learning moment that actually works.

Repetition

Spaced, varied practice — not repeated exposure to the same slide deck — is what moves knowledge into long-term use.

Experiential

Hands-on practice inside real work contexts closes the gap between knowing and doing faster than any simulation.

Feedback

Timely, specific feedback built into the work itself — not an end-of-module quiz — is what creates lasting behavior change.
