Recommendation (Full text):
Laurie and I have worked together as Northeast ATD Conference Design Team members for the last two years. The team is responsible for all the content and speakers for a large professional conference. She has been an incredibly valuable member of the team. She has a rare combination of creativity and attention to detail, enabling her to drive critical projects to completion.
In addition, Laurie ingeniously overcomes the inevitable obstacles with any major project, especially one staffed only by volunteers. Her humor, focus, and drive made her an extremely valuable team member. I would have her as a teammate on any project, and I look forward to working with her for next year's conference.
